1. 121 Sessions
Our 121 sessions are highly personalised to the individual, with age, ability, position, and ambitions all accounted for.
2. Girls Only Group Sessions
Mondays and Thursdays 5-6pm
R&F Elite 121 Coaching are pleased to be running these sessions with the intention of giving girls confidence under female coaches and providing more opportunities as the women's game continues to grow. Get in touch to find out more!
3. Small Group Sessions
We understand that football can be a lot more fun with friends! So we also offer small group sessions of up to four players.
